Consultation Fee and Cancellation Policy
Dr Tavakoli's time is just as valuable as yours and we do our utmost to respect your time. The consultation fee to see Dr Tavakoli is $200. There is a strict $100 deposit to secure an appointment with Dr Tavakoli at the time of your booking. Due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients we require a minimum of 3 working days notice to reschedule or cancel appointments; such that there is a $100 cancellation fee for missed appointments.

General Etiquette
In consideration of other patients and clients, we ask that you either switch off mobiles or set them to a silent. Children are welcomed but it is important that they are supervised at all times whilst in the practice, especially during in the consultation room with Dr Tavakoli.
2008 Cosmetic Surgery Ethical Guidelines for Medical Advertising and Websites:
Changes to the regulations governing the use of before and after photographs on websites were introduced in NSW on July 1, 2008. These regulations can be viewed on the NSW Health Department website.
Please note that as per new regulations as it relates to this website:
- All the clinical photographs shown are ALL of Dr Tavakoli's patients,
- None of the photographs has been morphed or enhanced in any way,
- The results demonstrate a range of results achieved by Dr Tavakoli and are no guarantee of the outcome to be expected by any particular individual.
