Rhinoplasty (Nose Job)

The trend in rhinoplasty is all about the "natural" look.

Surgery of the nose is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. The best candidates for a rhinoplasty are those people who are looking for an improvement in the way they look, not those searching for perfection.

Rhinoplasty surgery can:
1. Remove humps over the bridge of the nose,
2. Modify & refine the nasal tip,
3. Narrow or widen the nostrils.
4. Improve the angle between the nose and the upper lip

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Throughout history, people have looked for ways to achieve a younger, more vibrant look by improving their facial appearance. A procedure utilising Anti-Wrinkle Injections is used for the treatment of facial lines and wrinkles.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections have been safely used for certain medical conditions for more than a decade. This procedure, sometimes referred to as cosmetic denervation, has been considered a safe and effective way of treating aging skin.

It is used to eliminate or reduce worry and frown lines, "crows feet", laugh lines, and other wrinkles sometimes called dynamic wrinkles.

Otoplasty (Prominent Ears)

Ear surgery, otoplasty, is usually done to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears.

For the most part, the operation is done on children between the ages of four and 14. Ears are almost fully grown by age four, and the earlier the surgery, the less teasing and ridicule the child will have to endure.

Ear surgery on adults is also possible, and there are generally no additional risks associated with ear surgery on an older patient.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

One of the first signs of early aging is bagginess or puffiness around the eyes, often associated with wrinkling of the eyelid skin. Blepharoplasty is designed to correct this condition and to restore the youthful, alert appearance of your eyes.

This condition may be present in the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both. It may also be associated with looseness of the skin of the eyebrows or temple region.

Brow Lift (Endoscopic & Open), Foreheadplasty

It is no secret with the arrival of Anti-Wrinkle Injections in the treatment of the forhead region, the number of patients needing this procedure has dropped.

However, there are still a few good indications for this procedure:

1. Lateral fullness of the upper eyelid and lower brow; common complaint from patients: looking tired. It’s caused by gravitational descent of the forehead and brow skin over the orbital bony rim.

2. Frown lines are caused by contraction of the corrugator muscles between the eyebrows over the bridge or root of the nose.

3. Transverse forehead wrinkles are caused by muscle activity in raising or lowering the eyebrows themselves.
